Volunteers make us go!
Frankfort Baseball now has a volunteer redemption program. At registration $50 dollars per family was collected. Upon completion of 2 hours of volunteer activity your $50 dollars will reimbursed to you. To get your reimbursement, you must redeem your Volunteer Redemption Card. Details of the redemption process will be published at a later date.

Picture Day Saturday, April 24, 7:30 A.M. – 9:30 A.M. OR 9:30 A.M. – 12 P.M. (2 shifts of 8 people, 16 volunteers needed total) Volunteers would be responsible for lining teams up for their picture time, pass out books to team managers, hang banners, sell spirit wear.
Baseball Night in Frankfort Friday, May 21, 5 P.M. (2 shifts of 5 people at each field, 30 volunteers needed total) Volunteers would be responsible for guiding the players at the pitching, hitting and running stations. Several volunteers will also be needed at tables with index cards for this event. (4 shifts of 2 people, approx. 8-10 volunteers needed total to work concessions on this day).
All-Star Sunday
Volunteers would be responsible for guiding the players at the pitching, hitting and running stations. Several volunteers will also be needed at tables with index cards for this event. (4 shifts of 2 people, 8 volunteers needed total to work concessions on this day).
Concessions
Volunteers would be responsible for selling concessions (a schedule will be coordinated)

Team Equipment Bag Assembly
Volunteers will be responsible to help assemble equipment bags of helmets, catchers’ equipment, baseballs etc. for each team. Location will be Frankfort Baseball Storage facility. Volunteers will be under supervision of Director of Equipment.
Equipment Bag Distribution
Volunteers will be responsible to help distribute equipment bags to each team on dedicated distribution day from the Frankfort Baseball Storage location. Volunteers will be under the supervision of Director of Equipment.
Equipment Bag Return
Volunteers will be responsible to help with the return and storage of team equipment bags to the Frankfort Baseball Storage location. Volunteers will be under the supervision of Director of Equipment.
