Welcome to the Frankfort Baseball on-line registration page.‚ The opportunity to register your child at your convenience continues to be available to you.‚ Age appropriate options for the baseball program for your child‚ can‚ be selected below these instructions.
During the 2016 PONY International Board of Directors meeting, a decision was reached to change the date for determining player eligibility from April 30 to August 31. The rule change will take effect at the start of the 2018 PONY Baseball season. This decision was reached after careful consideration of input from leagues, parents, coaches and other sources important in the decision-making process. By making our program younger, all players will be competing on a level playing field. This change will ensure all PONY participants will play in their true age group. Summer Registration fees include a volunteer fee $50.00 (refundable) and a fundraising (raffle) fee $50.00.
For the 2019 and 2020 seasons, Frankfort Baseball has added a $50 Capital Fund Fee. This fee was established for the future safety of our players, coaches and spectators at our Ball fields. These additional funds will be used strictly to refurbish all dugouts, replace fencing and netting at our Main Park fields. We will be communicating the entire plan in future emails to all Frankfort Baseball Families.
Payment is due‚ immediately. If payment is not received by the end of your session, your registration will be deleted. You will then be required to re-register. This online registration allows you to pay immediately and conveniently using your credit card. This is the only payment method available.
As a reminder to finalize your registration, you will be notified of a deleted registration via email if payment is not recieved. Frankfort Baseball is not monitoring deleted registrations and will not take any action on deleted registrations.‚ It is your responsibility to make payment immediately in order to finalize your registration.
REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
In general no refunds will be granted. However we do understand that there may be situations where a refund is appropriate. Requests for refunds of registration fees for whatever reason must be made in writing to the Director of Player Personnel and the Treasurer. No exceptions. Each request will be evaluated and ruled on accordingly depending on the particular situation brought before them. Refunds may be pro-rated or in-full, depending on the situation and timing of the request.
We encourage you to register early. Leagues may be closed at anytime as determined by the Board. If a league is closed, you may still register and be placed on a waiting list. Placement on to teams from‚ the waiting list, occurs in order by the‚ date/time of registration.
